An introduction to my processes and methods. This level includes a broad analysis of your sales process with a report on general performance and rough suggestions on areas of improvement. It also includes a single 2-Hour Sales Workshop which acts as a foundational preface to the more advanced workshops offered. Finally, it includes a follow-up report after your team has taken time to process the information and tools provided to showcase how they have developed and what next steps I recommend to further their development. This is billed as a one-time fee.
This is where our on-going relationship truly begins. At this level you will receive an in-depth analysis on your sales process and a detailed report with specific traceable metrics for improvement. This level also includes the initial 2-hour introductory Sales Workshop as well as the advanced 2 hour Sales Workshop, up to 2 of each per week. Also included at this level is one-on-one consultations with your Salespeople to identify each of their individual needs and provide them with success plans tailored to their goals, strengths, and weaknesses. Continued support will be provided at this level as well, to ensure the tools and techniques provided in the workshops are being used effectively. At the end of every month at this level you will receive a detailed success report and review, following the metrics outlined in the initial report as well as suggestions for further development. This is billed as a monthly retainer fee.
At this level I act as your personal business and sales development partner. You will receive an in-depth audit of your sales metrics and processes and an initial detailed report on success development plans. Sales Workshops will be available to you upon request, as often as necessary within business hours. This level also includes on-going one-on-one consultations with your Salespersons to ensure they not only have the tools but the ability to effectively use the tools for success along with success plans tailored to their goals, strengths, and weaknesses. Also included are monthly success progress reports with detailed metrics and further analysis of areas for development. This is a more exclusive and focused program in which your business becomes my top priority for the duration of our contract, you will have complete access to all knowledge, techniques, methodologies, and novel business development ideas that I possess. This is a program that operates with 3-month contract intervals that can be billed per 3-month term or as a monthly retainer.
