I will identify which obstacles to success are holding your team back, which processes need improvement and streamlining, and provide an in-depth report on the results of the analysis. Traceable metrics will be provided along with a step-by-step development plan.
Once a full analysis is complete, we work together on the implementation of the development plan. Typically this begins with Sales Training Workshops which supply your team with the tools to build strong client relationships, manage your industry's CRM software properly, and create a Sales Pipeline that leads from the initial sale to further After Sales products as well as retaining clients after the initial sale. In addition to the Sales Workshops, I will provide on-going support to ensure your team is successful in its implementation of the methods and processes we enact in this phase.
The final phase occurs once your team has taken in and processed the information and tools provided in the Adaptation phase and has had time to implement them in their daily roles. I will once again provide an in-depth analysis on the metrics from the Analysis phase and show where your team has improved and where further development should occur. As success is an constant goal to be striven towards, this phase can smoothly be looped back around to the first phase for further analysis and team development.
